The excitement of the England Red Roses’ amazing success has inspired a new wave of girls to give rugby a try - and the Vale of Lune RUFC is ready to welcome them!

We’re encouraging girls of all ages in the Lancaster and Morecambe area to come and experience the fun, friendship, and empowerment that rugby offers.
Primary School Girls: Join our Mini mixed rugby section
Girls in Year 7 and above: Become part of our Vale Valkyries team

Training: Thursdays 6–7pm at 
Vale of Lune RUFC, Powderhouse Lane, LA1 2TT


No previous rugby experience or kit is required – just bring energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to get stuck in!
