The 26/27 season is nearly upon us, and we've decided to take a moment to reflect & recap over the last 12 months achievements and of course share to you how your sponsorship has helped us with this. With promotion secured, and the double with the cup, we've got some really, really exciting stuff in the pipeline for the coming season!

We undertook this project at the start of last season, to provide a new lease of life to the pitch side fencing holding your advertisement boards. Further to this, after a £3000+ investment and many hours of volunteer work, we have also added new spacers to ensure your board is seen properly and stands out as it should and more than ever before!

Decking Replacement Project - a massive investment to the Vale of Lune outside space

As many of you know the Vale's outstanding outdoor space is used by all members of the club as well as the local community. We are immensely proud to have completed these works for the kids, adults, members and non members who will use this space. Your sponsorship, indirectly and directly, allows us to continue to undertake projects such as this and ensure we deliver the facility and experience we pride ourselves on at the Vale. This project is still in the early stages but will be done by the time season starts.

Social Media / Website - increased exposure for our sponsors

We've got to be honest here... our online game needed some improvement - especially on our website! Having said that we're pleased to announce that Thomas Brabdurn will be assisting Karan with all things sponsorship this season (as he has done in the background over the last couple of years) which has already led to our website being updated, social media traffic increasingly massively (150+ new followers every month, over 450,000 views on our facebook alone in the last 90 days - FYI we're out of season currently!) new social media campaigns scheduled and lots more exciting stuff. Thomas recently earned Finalist in the Rugby Journal's Young Rugby Photographer of the year category, he is also a home grown Vale player and will be joining the senior section this year.

We don't want to shy away from this but understandably there have been some price increases. We're so proud to say that we've held our pricing for the last 3-5 years wherever possible however with direct production costs increasing to produce & maintain the pitch side boards, Food & staff costs going through the roof to be able to offer match day hospitality and kit costs going up - our sponsorship pricing has been reviewed. We have done our best to hold back as much as we can, as we never want to deter any of our sponsors from supporting us - but there were some increases we have had to pass on.
