Under 9s Vale of Lune were away at Wigan RUFC today and put in a brilliant performance from start to finish. A mix of new and experienced players really amazed the opposition with their technique and skills, showing great teamwork and confidence across the pitch. Strong, direct running through the forwards set the tone, backed up by great defence and some very technical tackling.

It was muddy, fun rugby with friendships building all the time. The effort level and respect shown by everyone was fantastic, and the discipline was outstanding – the players listened throughout and represented the club superbly. A great day all round.
