We’re excited to launch a brand-new coaching team and can’t wait to welcome girls from year 7 upwards, of all abilities to experience the fun, confidence and team spirit of girls' rugby. Whether your daughter is a complete beginner or has played before, she’s very welcome to come along and try it out with no pressure to commit. Just give it a go and see if she enjoys it! Our goal is to grow girls’ rugby in Lancaster, build skills and self-belief and eventually take part in competitive matches and festivals with other local clubs in the North West.

Training takes place at Vale of Lune RUFC:
Tuesday evenings 6 - 7pm
Sundays (times to be confirmed)

Our coaches are RFU qualified, DBS-checked and experienced in coaching girls in a fun, safe and inclusive environment. If your daughter wants to be part of a friendly, supportive team, make new friends and get active outdoors, this is the perfect place to start.
