U10s dazzle at festival of rugby
Our incredible U10s joined the Preston Grasshoppers festival of rugby and what a
fantastic day it was!
Teams from across the north west, some that we know and others we didn’t came
together to take part in an action packed day.
Over 6 very competitive matches the U10s could not have flown the Vale's colours
higher or prouder!
Every player was incredible and really showed all of the other teams what a privilege
it is to wear the cherry and white of the Vale of Lune.
It is impossible to give a full commentary of every match they played but overall it
was a genuine delight to be part of the festival and see all of the players put
everything into the day.
Experiences like this will go along way in increasing the confidence of the players
and help make them realise how important rugby is in their lives.
All of the coaches are super proud of them and knowing that the season is slowly
drawing to a close, this was something that players excelled at and will help them
with their final match of the season at Burnley and the much anticipated tour to the
North East.
